Reservation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Lodging reservation deposit(s) are non-refundable if the reservation(s) is canceled after 5:00 p.m. MDT 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If you have purchased the extended coverage, the 14-day cancelation term above and below is extended to 3 days before your arrival date in the above and below policies.

For reservations made within 45 days before arrival, the below policy applies with no 30-day grace period. Deposits are fully refundable for 30 days following the date the reservation was made. From 31 days after the reservation was made until 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less the following administrative fee(s):

• Canceling a room/slip will incur a $30 fee (per room/slip)
• Canceling an activity was made will incur a $30 fee (per room/slip)
• Canceling a room/slip with activities included will incur a $30 fee (per room/slip)

Changes to your departure date made after you have stayed your first night will result in a $30 early departure fee.
A no-show on the date of arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at that property and there will be no refund.
One complimentary change is granted per room/slip. After this one-time complimentary change, each call to make changes to that room/slip will be subject to a $30 administrative change fee for bookings on and after November 1, 2023. This includes changes to activities associated with that room/slip. Examples of changes to a room/slip that will incur the administrative change fee include, but are not limited to, the following:
Changing the date of a room activity, changing the time of the activity, or changing accommodations type or location.

The extended cancellation coverage is an additional 8% of the reservation total.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $15.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.

Please note an additional charge of $1.00 per night opt-out donation to the Glacier National Park Conservancy charged at checkout. Reservations are subject to an additional 3% Historic Preservation Fee upon check-in. The historic preservation fee is charged on all goods and services (excluding alcohol) at many of the historic properties around the park.
