Reservation Policy

Credit card guarantee at check-in Property will authorize the guest's credit card for the total amount of room & taxes + $50 damage deposit per night. Additional authorized amounts will be released after checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled 72 hrs. prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one-night room and tax.

Pets Policy

When cleaning, the housekeeping team takes extra special care of the pet-friendly rooms. Therefore, the inn charges a dog fee of $20.00+GST per night, up to a maximum of $60+GST per stay, to cover additional cleaning charges. Service dogs stay free of charge and are not limited to a specific room type.

• Maximum of two dogs per room (only in a dog-friendly room). No cats allowed.
• Your dog is not to be left unattended in the room, unless in an appropriate kennel.
• Dogs are not allowed in pet-free rooms, food and beverage outlets, meeting rooms, and the pool area.
• In accordance with the Banff National Park regulations, your dog(s) must be on a leash at all times when outside, and dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
• Should your dog create a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, you will be expected to compensate the hotel for this loss of revenue.
• Any damages to the room caused by your dog will result in additional charges to your credit card.
• Guests with dogs will be required to sign the dog acceptance agreement on check-in.
• There are dog-friendly rooms set aside for the following room types: Standard Room with Two Double Beds, Deluxe Two Queen, Summit Deluxe Two Queen, Junior Suite, One Bedroom Condo, One Bedroom Condo with Loft, Deluxe One Bedroom Suite, Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are in Canadian dollars and are based on double occupancy. Each guest 18 and over is an additional $20.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $12.00 resort fee per night and a 5% GST resort fee description. Rollaway beds are not available. Play Pens and Cribs available upon request - limited amount. A 2-night to 3-night minimum is required during certain dates.
