To guarantee your reservation a deposit of the first night's total including tax will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 per room administrative fee and are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival by 11:59 p.m. MST. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival constitutes full forfeiture of the deposit. ANY date changes (including arrival date and departure date) are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival. Date changes within 7 days of arrival constitute full forfeiture of the deposit. Groups traveling together with a combined total of more than 3 rooms are subject to a 28-day cancellation/change policy and must be approved by Management. We do not have a restaurant or gathering space for groups. (Note: May and October reservations will be subject to a 3-day cancellation/change policy for reservations of 3 or fewer rooms; admin. fee still applies.)
Pets Policy
Pet fee is $20.00 per night, per pet. Fee is nonrefundable. Pets must always be on a leash on property and must be caged while guests are away. Housekeeping will not service rooms with unattended pets. Pets are not allowed in any Upper Lakefront Retreat rooms or Premier Western Rooms. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest over the age of 18 will be an additional $10.00 per night. Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability. Rollaway beds are not available.
